Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, services, or platforms operated by Parkway Bingo (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Account Registration Rules

You must create an account in your own name.
One account per person: each individual can only have one account with us.
Multiple accounts for individuals are prohibited and may be subject to penalties, including but not limited to, cancellation of all affected accounts.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any form of fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension or termination of all affected accounts.

Manipulation of the Platform's operation, including but not limited to altering data.
Providing false information at any time during use of our services (including registration).
Abusing bonuses or promotions offered by us.
Using tools or techniques intended for hacking, cheating, or disrupting our systems.
Promoting Parkway Bingo's products in exchange for financial incentives.

Multi-accounting and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are suspected of multi-accounting (use of one or more separate accounts at Parkway Bingo by an individual).

Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded must be claimed within 7 days from issuance.
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must have completed the required amount of wagers based on bonus terms displayed when claiming.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

Players are responsible for checking the Platform's wagering requirements before making a deposit or placing bets.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand how bonuses work and meet their conditions prior to playing games with bonuses applied to them.
Bonus funds cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

Failure to comply will result in account closure and potential refusal of further services.
Any form of bonus abuse identified may result in a lifetime ban from participating within the Platform at our discretion.

Payment, Withdrawal, Verification & Support Procedures

Deposit terms are available
All deposits must be made using your registered payment method(s) only.
Failure to verify your account before requesting a withdrawal will cause a delay of 7 business days in processing and possible loss or theft of funds due to unauthorized activity.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

Upon your request, we will suspend or terminate your account. If you have set limits on deposits, loss, or session time during a game round the Platform has started but not yet completed (resulting from cancellation), the limit will still apply.

Game Fairness & RNG Systems

The fairness of our games is ensured through Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems and third-party auditors such as eCOGRA.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

Parkway Bingo reserves the right to interrupt operations temporarily for maintenance without giving notice.
In cases where gameplay has been interrupted due to Platform errors, only half of stakes are voided on games where there have been two game restarts; otherwise, we shall settle the win according to our payout table.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We may suspend your account at any time for operational reasons, fraud prevention, or violating terms and conditions. Suspension does not automatically cancel bonuses unless so stated in an individual bonus agreement. Cancellation might be initiated if evidence confirms misuse by the player involved with fraudulent intent.

Intellectual Property & Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software and content provided by third-party providers (hereinafter referred to as 'Licensed Products'), belong exclusively to Parkway Bingo or respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Parkway Bingo will not be held responsible for any indirect losses resulting from use of our services. Our liability is limited under all applicable laws in force at the time your agreement became effective.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions at our discretion without notice to you unless required by law.
